eMarsuite® is awesomely intuitive and easy-to-use. Most people need less than two hours of training before using it as a regular part of their managerial approach. We provide on-site training if needed, along with online and telephone support. We also work with human resources personnel to implement eMarsuite® throughout your organization; this includes the preparation of reports for senior management. A workshop assists key personnel in using the system to establish goals, understand metrics, and define action plans. Ongoing seminars with specific human resources team members are held to evaluate progress against goals, fine tune strategy, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
